Registration is closed.
Please note that on-site registration is still possible. The registration desk is located in the lobby in front of the Arthur room. This room is located on the second floor of the Center Court at the Brightlands Chemelot Campus.
Please note that we only have up to 300 seats for the open sessions.
This is not a commercial event, but a participation fee apply to cover a part of the organizational costs.

During the event several partners organize closed sessions by invitation only.
These are not yet listed in the outline of the programme. As soon as we open the registration, invited guests will be able to register for these sessions.
Conditions for cancellation
Cancellation
All cancellations or changes must be sent to Klinkhamer Group | conferences & events in writing (e-mail: helpdesk@klinkhamergroup.com).
- Cancellations received before or on 1 October will be fully refunded minus a € 50 administration fee;
- Cancellations received after 1 October but before or on 31 October will be refunded 50% of the registration fee minus a € 50 administration fee;
- No refund will be made for cancellations received on or after November 1 or registered participants who fail to attend;
- No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or program changes.
Please note that the invoice details are linked to LIOF NV (registered at Kamer van Koophandel with number 14604604). LIOF NV is one of the official partners and holder of the bank account of the Transition Finance Event and Chemelot Circular Hub.
