Your E-ticket and QR code
The Transition Finance Event will take place at the Brightlands Chemelot Campus. Brightlands Chemelot Campus is part of Chemelot, an industrial park with chemical companies and plants. Because of the risk of related incidents, visitors need to know what to do in case of an emergency.
For safety reasons, all visitors, suppliers and contractors must be registered and need a personal QR code to access Brightlands Chemelot Campus. For this purpose, an access instruction has been prepared, which must be followed prior to the visit.
To gain access to Brightlands Chemelot Campus, you will need an E-ticket with a QR-code. Delegates who have registered for TFE will receive an e-mail with the request to follow the Campus Safety Instruction a few days before the start of the event . Please note that after you have started the instruction, you need to click on the siren symbol on the second page ('listen to the siren alarm'), turn the sound on and listen to it before you are given the opportunity to go to the next step. After you have followed and confirmed the Campus Safety Instruction, an E-ticket with QR code and practical information about your visit will be e-mailed to you via sender: noreply.access.ccampus@brightlands.com. Did you not receive an e-mail? Then please check your spam filter.
Note: you will receive the e-mail with Campus Safety Instruction approximately four days before your planned visit to the Brightlands Chemelot Campus. If your visit is registered less than four days before your visit date, you will receive the Campus Safety Instruction immediately.
Instruction QR code:
You have read and heard the safety instruction and have received the QR code. The E-ticket with QR-code can be printed or used directly from your mobile phone. Please note! If you choose to print the E-ticket, do so in a standard A4 format and fold it along the fold lines so that the QR-reader can scan the QR-code. If you use your mobile phone to scan the QR code, do not enlarge the QR code.
Access to the campus:
You can access the Brightlands Chemelot Campus by scanning the QR-code with the QR-readers, using the car, pedestrian and/or bicycle entrance at Gate 2. You must scan the QR code on your arrival and departure. The QR code only grants you access to the Brightlands Chemelot Campus on the registered date of your visit. Please make sure that you take the right exit when leaving, i.e. through the same gate as you entered (south side of Gate 2), as it is for employees and has no QR code scanner.

Parking:
You can park your car in the car park under the Center Court building: ''P10". Follow the route as indicated on the map. If the car park is full, you can park your car in car park "P8". The route to this car park can also be found on the map.
Important:
- Please bring a valid passport or identity card with you.
- Access to the Brightlands Chemelot Campus will be refused if you do not have a QR code.
- Not only the driver, but also all other passengers visiting the Campus must check in and out with their own (personal) QR-code. It is not necessary to get out of the car, you can pass your QR-code or pass to the driver who checks you in and out. Checking in and out is important for your own safety.

visa
All congress delegates traveling to the Netherlands must present a passport (or approved identity card for EU citizens) and many countries require a visa to enter the country. Delegates are encouraged to apply for visas early (at least two months before departure), and to ensure all requested documentation is submitted with the application for Schengen Visa (Visa C). Applications must be submitted in person at the representation of the Netherlands in the respective countries or at a Schengen partner representation, if the Netherlands does not have representation in that country. Delegates are urged to contact their nearest Netherlands' embassy or consulate as early as possible to determine where your application should be made and how long this process will take.

Search for the Dutch Embassy or Consulate in your country and contact them. You need to apply for Travel Visa C (Tourist Visa).
Travel Visa (Visa C) = If you intend to go to the Netherlands as a tourist, to visit friends or on a business trip for a period not exceeding 90 days and your country does not participate in the Visa Waiver Program, you need a Schengen travel visa (Visa C). This visa is not a work permit.
